What to expect on the day of your jump
- Please allocate up to 2 hours for the entire experience.
- Your booking time is when you should arrive for check-in.
- You’ll receive a safety briefing and guidance on what to anticipate during your skydive.
- After gearing up, you’ll proceed to the aircraft. The ascent to altitude takes roughly 20-25 minutes. You’ll be wearing a harness linked to your tandem instructor. Maintain a positive outlook and enjoy the views from the airplane!
- Upon reaching altitude, the door will open and…it’s time to jump! Experience an unparalleled thrill as you exit the plane and reach 200km/h during approximately 60 seconds of freefall. Nothing compares to a stunning glide under a parachute to ease the adrenaline before touchdown.
- Enjoy the rewarding feeling after accomplishing something extraordinary, and display that Skydive certificate to prove you’ve jumped from a perfectly good airplane!
What to wear/bring with you
- Put all worries aside and come with a cheerful spirit and bravery to enjoy an unforgettable adventure.
- Dress in comfy clothes that suit the weather on the day. Remember, it might be chillier up high.
- You must wear closed shoes like trainers or running shoes. Flip flops or sandals aren’t allowed when jumping.
- We’ll give you goggles, with bigger ones if you need them for your glasses.
- Don’t eat too much right before your skydive.
- It’s a good idea to use sun lotion and drink plenty of water.
Booking and payment
- Use our secure and encrypted online checkout to complete your payment.
- You can skydive now and pay later with AfterPay or Zip. Please contact us to get your order started on the phone.
- Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email with all details and instructions for the day of your skydive.
Changes and cancellation policy
- If we can’t jump because of the weather or other unexpected issues, we’ll book you in for another day at no extra cost.
- Should you need to change your skydive date, let us know at least 48 hours before your slot and we’ll sort it out for free.
- For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your jump time, there’s a $100 fee per person.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of when you’re meant to jump, you’ll lose your skydive payment.
Minimum requirements to skydive
- You need to be 16 or older to jump
- Those under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign off in writing
- No upper age limit (we welcome thrill-seekers in their 70s and 80s!)
- You should be reasonably fit and healthy for safety. If you’re not sure you’re up to it, get in touch for a personal check
- Weight limit is 115kg. Keep in mind there’s an extra charge for 95kg+
- 95 – 99kg > +$25
- 100 – 109kg > +$50
- 110 – 115kg > +$100
